Jewelry Care
General Instructions

Metals may oxidize naturally over time. Keep pieces dry and store them in our reusable pouch when not worn.

Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, and other chemicals.

Gently polish with a silver cloth or mild jewelry cleaner if needed.

Remove jewelry before exercise, swimming, showering, or sleeping.

By Material

Sterling silver and plated silver or gold
Store in a dry, airtight container to slow down oxidation.

Avoid rubbing plated surfaces against hard objects to prevent scratches and fading.

Natural gems or stones
Clean gently with a soft cloth and mild soapy water, and avoid ultrasonic cleaners for plated settings.

Pearls
Pearls are delicate and porous; keep them away from acids, perfumes, and hairspray, and wipe with a soft, damp cloth after wearing.

Ceramic and Nepali glass
Those pieces are fragile by nature; avoid drops, impacts, or high-pressure bending.

By Jewelry Type

Earrings and studs
All our earrings use 925 silver posts, which can bend under pressure. Simply and gently straighten them if needed.

Open rings and bangels
To avoid the risk of breakage, please open it by gently pulling the ends apart vertically (in opposite directions), rather than twisting or pulling them sideways.
