Shipping fees and delivery timeline
We offer free shipping on orders over USD 150 to non-remote areas in the UK, US, Europe, the Gulf region, and Asia. For other destinations, please contact hello@oneiraelise.com.

Orders are typically dispatched within 5–7 business days. For out-of-stock items, dispatch is usually within 10 business days (10–12 days for ceramic pieces due to the complexity of their craftsmanship). If the items in your order have significantly different lead times (≥ 5 days), we may split your order into multiple shipments.

If your shipment is to be delayed, you will be contacted within 48 hours of placing the order. Please check your email for updates.

Tracking your packages
