Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your piece, but if for any reason you need to make a return or exchange, we’re here to help.
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, and exchanges within 30 days for quality issues. The timeframe is counted from the delivery date.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for damage caused by human factors. This is especially important for ceramic and Nepali glass pieces, which are naturally fragile and require extra care. We cannot process returns for breakage that occurs after unboxing.
Only items purchased through official Oneira Elise sales channels are eligible for return or exchange.
To request a return or exchange, please email hello@oneiraelise.com with:
- A note specifying whether you would like to return or exchange your item
- A full screenshot of your order details, including the order number, contents, and date
- Your name, address, and phone number
Once your request is approved, we will send you instructions to guide you through the process. We recommend using a secure, trackable shipping method and insuring your return, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
When sending your piece back, please package it carefully in its original box or equivalent protective packaging to ensure it arrives safely.
