Inspired by the Carpenter Center for the Visual Arts, designed in 1963 by world-renowned modernist architect Le Corbusier.

This piece draws on the rhythmic and iconic brise-soleil from Le Corbusier’s work as its central motif. Based on two square units, it incorporates mirrored, flipped, and hollowed-out variations, creating a sense of flowing space while preserving a measured architectural rhythm—shaping a “miniature building” that hangs elegantly by the ear.
